Piemonte Farm, a fellow cheesemaker from the NC Cheese Trail, will be also be on hand with their artisan aged cow cheese and “maybe more surprises”. Chef Kevin of The Screaming Radish food truck will also be there cooking up delicious cuisine with products from local farms and family owned companies for customers to purchase and enjoy for lunch while relaxing on the farm.
