We’re excited to share that we have partnered with Jane Morgan Smith, owner of Truffles NC for her 2016 Heart of the Community Truffle Dinner.
The event will be held on Saturday, February 6th at 6pm at Temple Emanuel and will benefit The Children’s Law Center of Central NC.
The star of the evening …
Loads and loads of decadent black winter truffles…
And this Townie (aka my better half), Chef Harrison Littell of Five Loaves Catering will be your chef for the evening. Lucky you.
I’ll be one of your servers. Please be kind.
The event begins with a wine tasting and chocolate truffle making demonstration where you’ll have fun with guest chef, Susi Gott Séguret. Then you will take your seats to be spoiled with four truffle laden courses from Chef Harrison with wine pairings by Raffaldini Vineyards & Winery
