The event begins with a wine tasting and chocolate truffle making demonstration where you’ll have fun with guest chef, Susi Gott Séguret. Then you will take your seats to be spoiled with four truffle laden courses from Chef Harrison with wine pairings by Raffaldini Vineyards & Winery

roasted fig – hazelnut – boursin – truffle – mustard greens
North Carolina Striped Bass, poached & seared
pommes dauphinoise with layered truffles and local sweet potato baby roots and greens
